These terms govern your use of norrlab.com (the "Site"), operated by NorrLab AB. By using the Site you agree to these terms. Client engagements are governed by separate written agreements.
1. Use of the site
You may use the Site for lawful informational purposes. You may not interfere with its operation, attempt to access non-public areas, scrape it in a way that overloads our infrastructure, or use it to transmit malicious code.
We may suspend or terminate access at any time if these terms are breached.
2. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, code and case studies — is owned by NorrLab AB or its licensors and is protected by Swedish and EU intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent, except for short fair-use quotations with credit and a link back.
Trademarks and brand names of clients shown on the Site remain the property of their respective owners.
3. No professional advice
Content on the Site is provided for general information only. It does not constitute professional, engineering, legal or financial advice and should not be relied on as such. For project-specific guidance, contact us directly.
4. Disclaimer and liability
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NorrLab AB is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Swedish mandatory law, including liability for personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

7. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, excluding conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes shall be resolved by the Malmö District Court (Malmö tingsrätt) as the court of first instance, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules require otherwise.
