NorrLab AB is committed to making norrlab.com accessible to as many people as possible, in line with WCAG 2.1 Level AA and the European Accessibility Act (Directive 2019/882), which entered into force on 28 June 2025.
We design and build with accessibility in mind: semantic HTML, sufficient colour contrast in both light and dark modes, keyboard-navigable interfaces, descriptive link text and alternative text on meaningful imagery.
We test new pages with keyboard navigation and modern screen readers, and we review pages against WCAG 2.1 AA criteria before publishing.
We aim for full WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance. Parts of the site may not yet fully conform — typically rich 3D demos and embedded third-party media. Where this is the case, we provide a text alternative or contact channel so the information remains available.
Some interactive 3D configurator previews require a pointer device and are not currently fully operable by keyboard alone. We are working to provide accessible alternatives.
Some legacy case-study PDFs may lack a tagged structure. Replacements are produced as material is refreshed.
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on norrlab.com, or need information in an alternative format, please contact info@norrlab.com. We aim to respond within five working days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Swedish Agency for Digital Government (DIGG), which supervises accessibility for the public-sector parts of the directive.
This statement was prepared on 5 June 2026, based on a self-assessment against WCAG 2.1 AA. It will be reviewed at least annually and after significant site changes.
